What Should A Last Will Contain?

There is no one answer to this question since every individual's circumstances are different.

However, there are some 8 basic things that should be included in almost every Last Will and Testament, such as:

1. Your full name and address - This ensures that there is no confusion about your identity
   
   
2. The names and addresses of your spouse, children, and other close relatives - This lets your executor know who your closest loved ones are.
   
   
3. Guardianship of any minor children - If you have minor children, you will need to appoint a guardian in your Will to take care of them if something happens to you.
   
   
4. A list of your assets and how you want them distributed after your death. - This allows your executor to carry out your wishes regarding your property and possessions.
   
   
5. Your funeral and burial instructions - This ensures that your final wishes are carried out.
   
   
6. The name of the person you have chosen to serve as your executor - the person responsible for carrying out your wishes.
   
   
7. Your signature and the date - This makes your Will legal and binding.
   
   
8. Signatures of two witnesses - This is also required in order to make your Will legal and binding.
